Thailand 1950's Detective Au Wei is shot to death by Chan Tin-hung (Hu Chun-hung) in a raid of Cha's involvement with the black market in diamonds and jewellery. Wei's daughter Chun Chun (Pong Chow-an) swears for revenge. She is helped by Wei's best friend, Yeh Tai-kor (David Chiang), a professional con-man. 2 other con-men, Mui Choi (Richard Ng) and Dao Shi (Poon Wan-pan) have to fled for their lives. They sneak on board a ship heading for Bangkok, and meet Yeh and Chun Chun. The four of them join hands for a plan to trap Cha. However, the motivation of Mui and Dao is obvious: they ar only interested in Cha's diamonda. Meanwhile, Cha has also commissioned a notorious thief to steal his own diamonds to con the insurance company. But Mui and company act faster and secure the diamonds.
